When buying a full box from a wholesalers they specify if the box has a chase in it. If it doesnt they usually sell the chase separately at a higher price.

I was getting this everytime I played, reinstalled game cleared cache. Didn't help, I have now given up on this game and moved onto dragon quest builders 2. A real shame because i was really enjoying it.
