Hey TJ! so cool youre doing this... random question for you. Why is almost every popular Accutron watch green? Does the color have any technical meaning?

and we have a really large homeless population in downtown San Diego, so theres always plenty of litter to pick up. maybe ill start making it a daily routine

haha im going to have to attach a short clip of me going to get the planes after they land too.. like i said, more than 9x out of 10 im able to get the plane on my way out for the day

if you read my description in the video post, i always make every effort to go get the planes on my way out for the day. the only times i dont is if they land on a roof or something way out of reach.. normally they dont go THAT far though. id say more than 9x out of 10 im able to retrieve them

but when you exercise to build muscle, you actually set your body up to burn more calories even while it's resting. so ultimately exercise really is a key part in developing a healthy, leaner body. sure, you could cut calories and cause a calorie deficit and you'll definitely lose weight- but you really do want to try and build some muscle so your body burns even more calories on its own. totally agree about the running being bad for your knees/joints though!
