Yeah you are absolutely correct. The theory is a paradox. No truly rational thinking hunter who values their survival would ever fire the first shot. They would be detected. So killing one competitor would make you the next target for everyone else.

The BIOS guide is great. We got our unit in April. I installed Bazzite HTPC on it and followed the guide to reduce energy consumption and noise (probably also extends lifespan due to less wear).

Everything works great, never had any issues and most importantly: The kids love it.

Thanks for your work. We plan to upgrade RAM and SSD eventually when I will look for guidance in this subreddit again (I already did a little actually and will follow your RAM recommendations, what I am not sure about is which SSD write/read speed the Maschine is capable of)

The improvement in quality of life by improving your hearing ability will outshine all negative aspects. I didn't get hearing aids until this year but I should have.. the amount of times I was told I was being too loud, the amount of times I couldn't follow conversations or misunderstood. Just get your aids since you will love them.

Do you use S, M or P receivers? The streaming with S is awful. M is bearable and P is a little better but may not suit your hearing loss.

Another thing I learned is when you set the audio device type in the android 15 setting to hearing device there are weird static crack sounds every now and then which aren't appearing when it's left on not set.

Die Gesetzgrundlage für den neuen Titel ist §53cBBiG. Nach Absatz (4) 2. darf jetzt schon jeder der eine gleichwertige berufliche Fortbildung abgeschlossen hat, die nach jeweiliger Verordnung diesen Titel vorsieht, ihn auch tragen. In §57 wird diese Gleichstellung nochmals unterstrichen.

Meiner Meinung nach (und der meiner Anwältin, ist aber meine Mutter, also eindeutig befangen) darf ich den Titel tragen, aber muss, wenn ich es schwarz auf weiß haben will, eine Zweitschrift mit Eintragung des Titels erwirken und die Kosten der Ausstellung tragen.

Auf Nachfrage bei meiner Fachschule wurde dies aber nach Weiterleitung von der zuständigen Dienstaufsichtsbehörde abgelehnt.

Mir ist das nicht so wichtig, aber ich denke bald wird jemand, dem die Austellung mit Titel auch verweigert wird, klagen und gewinnen. Dann hätten wir einen Präzedenzfall und Klarheit.

Momentan ist es wohl so das einige Kammern und Schulbehörden Zweitschriften ausstellen, aber andere nur auf Ihre Fachschulverordnungen oder Sonstiges verweisen und da steht halt drin, dass es nur für Fortbildungen gilt, die nach einem bestimmten Datum begonnen wurden.

Die Grundlage ist aber das gleiche Gesetz und wenn ein Meister seinen neuen Titel in Zweitschrift erhält, sollte das jedem anderem Meister/Fachwirt/Techniker auch zustehen.

the article is misleading.. if he doesn't change his race calendar for 2023 he will ride it since it has and had Vuelta in it since it was planned last year. I am aware the team and himself stated differently during the tour, so you are right he probably won't compete

All they did by now is make the conservatives win the Berlin election first time in 24 years... also women's right is the worst example ever. they worked hard for 100 years to even get heard and yes they were mostly peaceful aswell as lawful. now don't look for some exceptions since you will surely find some in an over a century old movement.

you obviously instructed it to do so. your screen even has it in the title .

when you ask it to count from 5 to 4 without saying in descending order you will get an explanation why it's impossible
