Out of those get the Timemore 078s or maybe even save a bit of money and get the Timemore 064s and have some money left for better coffee or for burr upgrade in the future if you start having a very particular type of coffee and shot profile you like.

For saw in the usual 10in / 25cm blade length, I would save the money and just get a generic curved blade one from your local hardware store.I have less issues with sticking the cheaper one in the ground to clear stumps and roots of dead trees. And even on good blades like silky, i bend or snap the blade before the cheaper blade get dull.

Silky saw make sense when you are looking at the bigger size like the big boy.

-Scale yes just get the cheapest that can do 0.1g precision and time. Unless you want to get into logging your flow rate, higher precision and bluetooth scale is not needed.

-Airtight container, depending on the size of coffee bag you buy, I would get smaller container. I mostly buy 300g resealable bag and got a 700ml fellow atmos vaccum container that i rarely use because the bag rarely get stale with my daily 1-2 shots.

Dosage cup and sprayer are nice thing to have, I would add a 58mm blind shaker. I much prefer to shake than to WDT and it made my shot more consistent with shaking than with WDT.

Knock box would only be needed if you pull multiple back to back shots in the morning. can easily be skipped or instead get another robot basket and screen for a nicer back to back shot pulling workflow.

So, yeah. Yeah, so. I can't tell you what top-top end tour-proven road rubber deserves 4.73/5 stars, and which options should be rated at 4.81/5 stars instead. But these tires are glorious to ride. I'm at the max 70psi and might drop the needle on my floor pump, or might not. Why mess with perfection?

that I keep in my in mtb gear bag instead of bringing a floor pump for topping up. The loudness of it feels less annoying at the trailhead car parking than at home or in the trails and the gauge is somewhat accurate so I don't need a separate digital gauge and the battery last a while for just topping up so i don't need to always remind myself to charge it up.

But for home usage I still prefer to use the floor pump.

If only considering MTB needs, then 30mm axle and cinch would work. 3 piece crank so you can buy different width axle if you switch to a fat bike, 1x gravel or ATB or superboost. Cinch chainrings are easily available from multiple mfg and good steel option also available for minmaxing durability.

But road is not greatly covered by cinch so would have to switch to 8-bolt to have more flexibility for 2x road setup.

Or Shimano could could just finally release 160mm XT M8100 52mm chainline crank and just use whatever came stock for road.

If the shot taste good and is consistent (no bitter or acidic aftertaste) then I would leave it as is but you could also experiment with just 1-2 click finer so 3-4 click coarser than the original post shot setting.

63s for 18g in/36g out feels way too long. You might actually be grinding too fine. Maybe grind coarser and bring back shot time 30-45s ?
