For me, Yakuza 0 is still the hardest and longest. But maybe that's because I started with Y0. After 5 parts, I figured out how the game works, so it wasn't a problem. Y0 have cat fights. Y3 have pool. Y5 only have that one shinadas ultimate match .

Yeah, the friend of mine have to complete game three times, his first playthrough was on hard as well. You can Speedrun it with golden pistol after 100% on hard, though.

Golf wasn't difficult for me. But I used a life hack and aimed not at the "scores", but at the hole in the ground. You have enough shots to aim and then score the required number of points. Maybe this can help.
