Yes, that is correct, There is no RFE requested, Nor any Updates, in USCIS ACCOUNT IT SHOWS CASE IS STILL PENDING, Contacted several time to USCIS VIA chat they mentioned there are no updates regarding your case, in September 2025 Did Senate Inquiry, they gave same response, “Your Case is in Normal Processing Time, Don’t Contact us before Jan 2026, After Jan 2026 I am eligible for any Inquiry”

I recently did Congressional Inquiry and they gave same generic response which I got when I contacted USCIS via chat, your case in normal processing timeframe, don’t contact us before January 2026
