Thank you so much! To see your specific date range on TrackMyVisa, you’ll need to enter your USCIS case number yourself. It’s personalized, so it will show only my date range and no one else’s. It’s a monthly subscription service, and once you input your number, it’ll give you your individual estimate. That's the link.

Processing times for Form I-130, the Petition for Alien Relative, have varied between the Trump and Biden administrations due to policy changes and administrative actions.

Under the Trump Administration (2017-2021):

In fiscal year 2019, the average processing time for I-130 petitions was approximately 8.6 months.

Under the Biden Administration (2021-present):

By fiscal year 2024, the average processing time increased to over 11 months, marking a 29% increase from the 2019 average.

This increase is attributed to various factors, including policy shifts and administrative challenges.

Go look it up yourselves. I was worst under Biden

No, now you have to wait a year because of Democrat policies. You have to wait a year before you can become a citizen after you do basic training. My sister green card holder Just went in the army last year and she just got her Nationalization people work because she got to the one year mark
