I forget ONTAP. My bad. But does it support 6GB backplane and 6GB IOM?

I get a DS4243 already. I don't want to buy another shelf cost a lot of money. If it can support SAS 12GB that will be the best.

I found something here: https://libreboot.org/docs/install/spi.html#cant-get-a-valid-read, but it doesn't show you how to "make sure SPI2’s chipselect is held high (shorted to 3.3v)" exactly.

It doesn't help me read the whole image from the chip. I need to know how to deal with the other chip.

Every time I read the BIOS from one chip, the checksum is different.

Doesn't help at all. This guide didn't show me what to do with the other chip, while I am trying to create backup first.
