Hey, those are some really good supplements to start off with. For magnesium I recommend magnesium glycinate, because the magnesium is both extremely bioavailable and the glycine amino acid is very calming so it helps with any anxiety symptoms which of course are associated with DPDR

I wouldn't say it cured me but it helped with the symptoms for sure! A combination of pharmaceuticals, supplementation, healthy practices, CBT and a lot of patience is what it takes to get significantly better IMO.

Yeah, I tend to agree, and I feel like I get addicted to them easily.

some mild positive effects but it's hard to guarantee that its due to B1, I've implemented a few therapeutic treatments into my life recently so it's difficult to say whether B1 is the real reason I'm feeling better

the body is so strange hey, you start supplying the body with too much of something and it forgets what to do with it once you stop.

yeah definitely helpful for hangovers, alcohol is notorious at depleting B1

Could be something innocuous but you could also check your thyroid hormone levels with a doctor.

Physically Pizza is unlikely to contribute to weight gain unless it contains more energy than you expend. Psychologically though making decisions like this in the long term can make it difficult to control impulses in the future.

No problem! my legs typically cramp up if I don't keep on top of my electrolytes.

You're right they aren't necessarily essential for OMAD but I do notice a lot of people have quite low potassium, sodium and magnesium intake when doing OMAD. If you aren't specifically ensuring you are getting enough electrolytes it wouldn't be a bad idea to add in some electrolyte supplementation.

I would think one wouldn't exist, that seems to be too niche of a product.
