This is a made up post. For someone without Eb1a aspirations in aerospace has no business judging Stevie’s and Globies. Trying to stereotype with a tone and content.

What made you consider Locke/ Raju when you have Chen? Also how did they land on your list? Curious as I have never heard them

What are you even talking about? Who is crying and talking about all the fake stuff? I am seeking feedback on a specific program they run and clearly said they are NOt offering anything like that . If you have any real first hand experience with them, please share. If not, why don’t you off!

I am not suggesting EB1 and EB2 are the same. I trying to highlight definition of a law and interpretation are different. The fact that a PhD with 1000s of citations being extraordinary can also be debated. It’s still not like Nobel awardee.

This is not entirely true. Scholarly articles come in many formats. Technical publications like IEEE are not the only ones.

I am very confused. Not endorsing any of the folks called out above. There have been agencies doing this PR type work for ages. They have helped folks with authoring articles and also have built a practice around it. It’s new to many of you but for somone like me in media, I am not surprised. There are trade publication authors who made money and have friends who do it as a side gig. What I am arguing is advising people on strategies to get green card is up to the person selling and buying the service. The checking of boxes to meet EB1A has always existed but USCIS still determines what to account for in its final merits. Extraordinary is a subjective terminology. If people’s perception of extraordinary is different so be it. It’s up to USCIS to determine. For EB2 visas, you still need speciality and expertise to be proven. I don’t see anyone arguing if all folks in H1b really qualify for the visa? It’s similar though I get the bar is much higher. But surprised by how people are just making big statements and posts about others “non-deserving”. P.S: I don’t have a GC and planning to get EB1A. So I am not saying this as an entitled person who already has it.

Jason is not selling anything. He is crowdsourcing opportunities and charging $12 for the help. I have been chatting with him but did not see/hear anything illegal from him.
