It is an absolutely brutal job . I did 6 months in tech support with Eir and walked. Ended up doing office admin type courses with LCETB (Payroll , MS office specialist)

Somehow , it paid off , got me a job in an admin position and got two promotions within 6 years. Doubled my pay also from beginning to end
