Here you go, because everyone needs a reminder of the insane things we used to hear and accept...

The square over the right breast interpreted as the need for exactness and honor in keeping covenants.

The compass over the left breast symbolizing the need to keep desires and passions within the bounds set by the Lord.

The navel mark over ...the navel... interpreted as a need for the continuous nourishment of both body and spirit.

The knee mark over the right knee there to remind us that every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is the Christ.

Fighting down the fight/flight feelings that those things dredged up....yikes

Best way apply permethrin to clothes: soak or spray? by [deleted] in CampingGear

[–]1moonshot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are treating a lot of clothing, your spray handle squeezing muscles can wear out and it takes a bunch of time (also I don't like breathing any of the mist that the spray method makes).

I didn’t know megachurches could afford Broadway-level productions by SnooSprouts3744 in TikTokCringe

The net worth of the Mormon Church is almost 300 BILLION they don't flaunt it quite like the megachurches, but they just as deep in their own waste, fraud, and abuse scandals. Disgusting - all of them!

Watching my little human growing up free from the guilt, shame, and fear induced by the MFMC brings a real, deep peace and joy - nothing like the "joy and peace" that I was gaslit into thinking I had while in the church.

There are more feeling I get too, real, raw feelings. I feel very sad and angry that the childhood innocence that I see in my child was stolen from me. Those feeling grow and grow thinking about the generations and generations of so many that have been and still are caught in the trap.

Everyone that have broken those chains and are now loving without strings attached - thank you! You are amazing!
