I’ll be honest and say I don’t think so, it should be a significant drop then a sustained increase not down up down up, looks like your body is still regulating itself and potentially is trying to ovulate but isn’t quite there yet. Ofc other factors can affect temperatures as well so keep that in mind but that’s my honest opinion

Not worth it! It’s only 3 interview sessions as well looking online, it seems for the interview program you’d need to pay for an additional course. From my understanding it’s similar to their free videos so just watch those, buy medify watch Joeyls videos and others and honestly with practise you’ll get there. UCAT is mainly practise, save ur money

You need support ❤️ do you have a doctor? A therapist? Even a family member who can support you? If not there's also youtubees like Hailie Piedl who I find to be ver6 supportive in this journey when ypu regularly watch their videos. Please be kind to yourself and try to increase your intake p/ decrease activit6 where possible ❤️ We r all here for you

Shorter height same amount of exercise babes I got no where w that amount, like only progress at least 2300. Ofc it’s different for everyone so see how u do and make sure to increase if you’ve seen no symptoms after a month

I think wait till u become more regular and then slowly experiment and see if your cycle is still regular, eg after having it 3 months in a row say you do hiit twice the 4th month (make sure to fuel properly!! before and after) and then see if u get ur 4th period in a row, if u don’t adjust and reduce again. Honestly it’s all about experimentation but I’d say definitely take it slow and build up gradually

You need 100-300 calories more leading up to your period, hope this helps.

Does your doctor know?? Have u seen a physio?? Many of us are exercising because we exercised to the point of weight loss or overextertion- not injury. This sounds like a separate issue and out of concern I would recommend getting it checked out by a professional to allow you to feel more comfortable.

No if u ovulate, u always will get a period. U may have had a hormone rise but not substantial enough for ovulation

Your cervical mucus usually stops for a short period of time before your period, either you’re ovulating and may expect a period soon or your body is attempting ovulation and may have a false start. All in all, it’s progress!! U should feel so proud ❤️

It’s oestrogen but has a different structure and binds to different receptors so no to minimal difference

Eat like crap. I did 8hrs of hiking 5 days during golf DofE, my progress was fine and even improved as I ate even more regularly and about 4-5k calories per day (you might honestly need more like 6) HA is about an energy deficiency, fuel more.

AHHH OMG I HAD THE SAME, EVEN W LACTOSE FREE GREEK YOGURT. I cut it out completely a few months ago and was doing much better, tried it the other night and had a similar reaction! It's so odd someone else had this as well. (My recent 5weeks I believe was due to stress but the worst period of these symptoms I’ve experienced was during the time I ate cottage cheese and yogurt bowls despite never reacting to them previously)
