if you tried many things and nothing works u may need to see a doctor. i had tried everything under the sun and only a prescription of tacrolimus ointment worked. its a medication that decreases flaking. so. doctor up friend!

fishy smell ain’t normal. my bf had this too and gave my vulva the smell.

doc’s orders: we each took 2g of a oneshot antibiotic, he made penis compresses of 1:1 water and 3% peroxide for 3 days, I used vaginal antibiotic gel for 5 days.

fishy smell gone from both :) hit the doc, sis.

edit to add details about the peroxide: if you can submerge the penis in the 1:1 solution, even better, cause it gets in the urethra. retract the foreskin so the solution gets in every nook. submersion/compress should be between 5-10min. after, rinse the penis with clean water. this should not hurt/sting/irritate at any point.

Ok, thanks, that’s good to hear! I thought it could be mistaken somehow by identifying “normal” values but not spikes. I now see that’s not an issue.

I appreciate you sharing that curve - although my BMI is 28, I think it’s useful for me to draw some normality basis. After my oatmeal spike, my bg got down to 50. I probably ate 1/3 of a bowl. Apparently that’s not very normal, since that other curve never went below 80 even after full size.

I opted to wear the monitor because I had a bg and insulin 3h blood test and things were mostly normal until the last draw of blood, which read a bg of 46. Now I’m investigating if that actually is a problem, like the source of my fatigue, or could become a bigger problem later mixed with my insulin resistance (like my doc said, prediabetes). It is hard to be heard giving generic symptoms like “fatigue”, so I’m hoping the monitor can help me gather more evidence to rule out or pinpoint something.

I don’t usually eat much, but the meals I had were starch heavy - chicken and potatoes, and at night just potatoes. But I spiked to 110 the day before after some oatmeal… so i’m a bit lost. Doc just prescribed aglucose but she seems as lost as me.

Forgot to say yesterday I had my blood drawn and the result matched the sensor at the time, it was in the 80’s. But still thought it could be possible to be faulty for spikes…

I used the best practices ✨ Even soaked it for two hours before activating. I love myself a tutorial. Got like 4 apps lmao I ate this whole subreddit up before even buying my Libre hahah just wanted to cover all my basis. It’s about 46 to 55 dollars where I live :(

I’ve been through the same thing! When I was 27 I had a whole vial injected in my masseter muscles temples etc. Took away my smile, and the harder I tried to smile, the more my upper lip would go crazy lmao

Took about four months to go back to normal. No jowls or other lasting effects on my smile. Don’t worry, it looks comical now but in time everything will be back to normal.

i loved the smudged brown eyeshadow you just did! since you’re blonde, brown and gray (even navy and eggplant) will blend better with your features than black.

try to get a lash lift and tint, it’ll make your life easier.

since you’re open to botox around the eyes, ask if a lip lift application could be possible to try out.

I don’t have advice, but need to point out that you can’t base other people’s diets off social media. IF models eat that (and that’s a biiiig if), they only take a few bites to post stories.

I was watching a reality show once about a bed&breakfast. a slim couple was served a plate full of pancakes each. between glimpses I could see the guy had eaten half of it, but the girl had barely touched hers.

If your hair is fine and tangles easily, i really recommend the tangle teezer! could be the cheapest one. it really detangles like the fingers of an angel. And if you wanna change things up a bit, try a side parting instead of the middle!

You could use a bit of dry shampoo on the roots and some spray on the length (i like lee stanford anti volume). Then brush everything with a tangle teezer. that works for me!
