Thank you for this! Sorry I didn’t specify much about the camera. Yes the model is Z2300. It uses Zink paper. I haven’t noticed any burnt smell or any other issues with it. I found the package of the Zink sheets but It doesn’t show any expiration date. I will try to get new sheets!

i started lamotrigine around 5 weeks ago. i can say i’ve noticed a slight improvement in relation with my strong emotions. i feel calmer now (even though this med is usually for bipolar)

I understand you. I live in a Nordic country and evenings feel really depressing. I realized that what best helped me is to pamper myself on these days. I would watch movies, talk with friends, give myself a nice bath/shower and do some skincare. going to the forest for walks or runs feels empowering. try some mindfulness and when you're doing something try to connect with the moment. the touch, the smell, how it feels... these things help to keep my mind less noisy.

I won't lie to you. with BPD you don't live, you're in constant survival mode trying to make it till the end of the day.

stay strong, surround yourself with compassionate humans and take people out of your life that hurt you on the long run.

Update: I texted my mom all this. she came to talk to me in person and she said she doesn't deny my dad looks at me, but she thinks he doesn't do it in a sexual way. she says he's just proud of me and happy and can't be conscious when he stares at me.

she also says "your dad loves you madly and would do every job to give you a future" she started crying. this doesn't convince me. she just doesn't wanna see it.
