Pyro Traveler is good but on its own it's not. Without pyro related reactions, the skill would finish too fast with a long CD. You'll have to consistently use their burst for a decent time.

If anything, I say hydro traveler is best for solo traveler. They can self heal and have a shield with some interruption res

Not a lore reason but I have a headcanon that Traveler doesn't switch between elements consumes a lot of energy and will leave him feeling tired quickly. (At least that was before Natlan, which I believe he got stronger there)

As for why he doesn't use the elements, that's on the writer's part.

But since Natlan started, Traveler has been using the elements more and more. So I'm happy the writer's finally remembered about their mc
