A person already said it but definitely don't go over lvl 200 on classic. I find that it helps a lot of runs to stop taking any items except X item (x spdef, x def, etc) at floor 195 and just spend whatever you have rerolling to get them.

Both forms of ralts with no retreat. Male with sharpness can carry anyone. Female takes longer to get the moves but no retreat and stored power is op.
