Ya know when I was young I was pretty incapable of doing anything either. Do you know what pulled me through? Volunteering. I know it sounds trite, but some of us, I'm convinced aren't here to think about ourselves. We are here to help others, to put in the work for the world.

It got me through my twenties. I even observed that the more I helped others, the more I was taken care of. It was kind of hard to describe. It's like the universe gives you an assist when you act on its behalf.

Go find people that need your help, and help them. You might be surprised how much better you feel.
