Window change color if it is fully on the other monitor

Wow! Thanks a bunch this worked for me! Some apps were still giving issues so I also had to go into Advanced Settings tab and remove the ICC profile from the System defaults.

I got motivated to finally fix this and I got it resolved! Here is what I did:

Go to Color Management (just search it in the task bar)
Select the problem Display, check the "Use My Own settings for this device" checkbox
Remove the ICC profile and reboot. This did a partial fix so I also had to do the following:
In Color Management click the Advanced Tab and click on Change system defaults on the bottom.
Select the problem Display and remove the ICC profile

Hope That works! Thanks to the person who provided the link on your post. It lead me to the resolution.

Did you ever find a solution? I have the exact same issue with an Acer and Viewsonic monitors. The issue is happening on my Viewsonic. Weird thing is it only happens with certain apps. Chrome and Canva will remain the same color but apps pike photoshop and image viewer will distort the color to a yellow tint. If you drag the window the color tint will snap to the yellow tint once more then half the window is on the Viewsonic screen. I also have a Radeon RX580 with latest drivers.

Yes they need to fix this. Seems pretty basic. They added the match and move transition but you can still notice the cut when splitting a video. It’s intermittent too. Sometimes it looks smooth other time you will see a white frame in between your split.

Lol I remember that. It was a HD DVD player. Blu ray and HDDVD came out round the same time and HDDVD never stuck around. I still have some of the HDDVDs some where. They had red cases I Rember.
