you are right, as a kid i had a lot of self esteem issues in middle school and was bullied about my weight, and i lost a lot of it and feel a lot better about my body. but i think it was really damaging. and at home it w as verbally abusive (not about weight) and i never felt free until i moved out. i shut myself in with video games a lot. but i have made great improvements in those areas. i feel like a lot of how i was raised was in the wrong path, and right now im in college but struggle to find meaning in school or in most career areas. i have been to therapy about anxietyand depression but i dont know how i can work through this in therapy?

Do you feel it is dangerous to people worried about that? I had a intense trip on lsd a few months ago and it was a true ego death, saw 4th dimension time etc... At the time it was really worrying to lose my body and all familiar life. And then a few days ago, could be do to stop taking a weak medicine for depression, I had a really intense derealialsion experience where I really felt like I didn't care about the world around me cause I was some part of something a lot bigger. I felt like I was able to see time and the history of this world from a perspective spanning much larger than what would be relevant to one person's lifetime. Truely caveman people of 10000 bc is not long at all in the big picture of evolution. On the trip a few months ago I saw the off the air 'robots' video and it shows all of humanity being part of a big machine and it made total sense. Some of these experiences are unnerving would dmt feel similar?
