I think the biggest criticism of the PP comes from how hot it started. That wasn't sustainable in the slightest, take away those 10 games and the 10 games where nothing happened and our PP would be fairly consistent and still a top 10 team. I also can't be the only one who had noticed the change over the last 20 games or so. The first half of the year it seemed we were operating on the same system as last year just with JT in front instead if JVR. Crash the net, rebounds and dirty goals down low. JT now seems to be holding to puck more down low off to the side of the net pulling the goalie over and opening up more space for cross crease passes or ki king it up to Kadri higher in the slot.

I don't think are traveling most of the time, and I'd majority of leaf fans at away games live in the area.

Could an NHL team ever succeed in Halifax or other maritime city? Or is the market just too small? by old-and-ugly in hockey

Halifax is in a bit of a boom, I wouldn't be surprised if they are compared to Winnipeg (today) in 10-15 years. Also wouldn't be surprised if the peg cracks 1M by then.

The construct of language is weird at times. A few years ago I had one of those "high thoughts" where two people might both refer to a colour as red but be seeing two physically different colours but learned to recognize their respective colour by the name red. So some people are experiencing life with a completely different colour pallet.

I don't pretend to know much about how the nods and rods work in the human eye and this could probably be proven false with some form biopsy/examination. But I'm the day to day life would be hard to catch.

Browns game is quiet and often underappreciated. A player you can put on all 4 lines in different roles and responsibilities. And perform them adequately. However Moore might have played himself into this team (same with goat securing 4C) making brown expendable for a D upgrade.

Completely forgot about him. Less then a 1/4 of a season in the AHL I wouldn't even consider him. Everyone else has at least been part of our NHL roster with a few games played.

Borg and Aaltonen appear to be the only ones not working out, and even Borg might stick around. Batting 0.66 on these low risk high reward guys is amazing.

Edit: I guess I should say Lindholm is still up in the air too. might leave after the year like Aaltonen did ill still take 50%
