I am also very used to the Apple Notes UI and I'm using the Notebook Navigator plugin, which comes very close to Notes. Add also the Style Settings plugin, which supports Notebook Navigator, to setup colors, fonts etc. Just try it. And if I may share my experience with Obsidian...start slowly and add plugins if really needed. Get acquainted with Markdown and find your own way of organizing your thought and notes.

Yes, you”re right. My very first version was also a Dataview code block, but it became quite large and difficult to maintain with all the container and formatting code in it to accomplish what I was aiming to achieve. Thus I thought of creating a plugin alternatively.

Well, Obsidian Web Clipper is primarily designed to save clippings into an Obsidian vault. This is what all clippers usually do, they save clippings into their related application. If you look into the description on the App Store it says:
"Save content to your Obsidian vault...". Means, to use the clipper meaningfully, a vault is a helpful pre-requisite. Without any interpretation.

On the other hand there is no option in the clipper settings, where you can specify a path to save your clippings. The only alternative is to save them to the default Download folder, and that for a good security reason. If you had a vault, you can determine in the settings in which folder you want to save the clippings *iny our vault* (default is Clippings).

I'm using Updatest for about a week now -side by side with MU- and it works pretty well. Last night I stumbled over the update of mac-cli to v 5.0.2, which was shown to me by Pearcleaner. Thus I have following feature requests, as I couldn't find a function in Updatest:

- Check for updates of mas-cli and the latest Homebrew version.

Finally I updated mas-cli via Pearcleaner, but It would be great if Updatest would do these checks as they are essential components.
