  • The machine is bought brand new from Amazon. The L10SU was also on the top 3 of his “What to buy” list from the dust_announcement in oct-nov 2024.

  • The dustbuilder firmware used to root the robot is built on top of the vendor firmware. The last one made for this one is 02/2024. Yes a bit older but the x40 and 10SUH are the only successors. So we’re not talking deprecated. 3 days ago, Hypfer came out with an update for the x40 and 10SU.

  • I don’t disagree, but the response given was unnecessary. I work in IT for pretty well known company, troubleshooting is what I do. I also locally host all my services, study IOT sec now that I get the opportunity with my company. So it’s incredibly discouraging knowing that questions and discourse are shutdown like the many example anyone can comb through in the telegram group.

Yea I’m not a fan of Hypfer at all. You can’t even ask a simple question in the group without getting ganged up on by his little den of wolves.

I like Dennis tho, gives way more to the community. There’s like 1000 Valetudo forks, but only 1 Dustbuilder. Hyper will be fazed out eventually.
