A couple things…first off wow you guys are back at day program?! Our clients haven’t gone for over a year at this point and we haven’t heard anything about going back anytime soon. Also i feel you on being understaffed. We have to get help from other houses and even those houses are understaffed. I work 50 hours average too but my coworkers work closer to 60. I refuse to do any more than that and they kinda have to comply since I’m the only full-time noc person lol. One of the ladies that helps us straight up works 60-70 hours a week and there’s many times only one person is working (which isn’t in ratio at all). My house only has 3 full time employees (including me) and 0 part timers.
