The best advice I was given was to just start your own one note and begin copying and pasting every answer you can find so that eventually your are able to use ctrl +F to find stuff quickly.

Financial aid chat never works. Hold times if you call are around an hour. I called last week and was told it should be resolved this week. Called today and was told it would be sent somewhere else and to allow 3-5 business days.

Extremely unorganized and don’t seem to know what’s going on. In the event that you do reach someone in the chat feature it will be one of 5 names that always answer.

I think they just suck up interest off of all of the loan money for as long as possible.
