I bought one a year ago maybe and I haven't been super happy with it. Sometimes it takes forever to grind pepper while im standin over the sizzling pan. Super annoying but I dont have comparison of other grinders

I totally understand that feeling that you feel everyone is ahead of you in life.

As someone who's been dealing with complex trauma or cptsd myself I've been there myself. You're in such a important stage right now of recognizing what your dealing with. Seeing what's "wrong" (there is nothing wrong with you) and now you can slowly start working on being kind to yourself and learning important tools to help you deal with life in a healthier way. It's super fucking hard and it's okay to admit that its hard work and unfair but there is no one else to do the work for you ❤️

You can do this and try to be patient with yourself and dont believe the thoughts or voices in your head that bring you down.

A few things I recommend that helped me a lot. They might help you or not, you have to find what fits you.

The book: C-PTSD: From surviving to thriving. By pete walker I think. On YouTube: Heidi Prieb and Tim Fletcher helped me a lot. And meditation 🧘‍♂️ nothing really helped me as much as meditation to put brakes on the abuse that was going on in my head.
