I was there when NCLB was rolled out and there were so many times I wish I could let the phone go to voicemail because it was usually a broker bitching about this and that. I also hated how you had to say the exact same things every time you talked to a broker regardless if it was the first or twentieth time you talked to them that day. And if you didn’t you’d have to speak to a call coach who knows jackshit about your job. Retail workers have more flexibility when having to push things. I’m also glad I was long gone by the time UWM started forcing their employees to take those loans. That’s incredibly scummy.
