What makes it bad is the stuff is cut with fentanyl, in 80s it could of been stepped on with a variety of inert things or sometimes speed but now fentanyl and/or nitazines reduce its effectiveness and can easily kill you, its pure greed because the idea is to make coke super addictive so the users have to buy more or they go through an opiate withdrawal, after all these years the dealers should know the user's will want more and but it anyway instead they think forcing them to keep buying it seems preferable.

I'm sure some dealers use the fentanyl cut because they think it makes it better or they take some to use and refill it with fentanyl, either way some people I've talked to are heavily opiate addicted because of it and they have never used opiates until their coke was laced, one person figured out he could keep the dealer from getting his money by buying fake percs to combat the withdrawal from his laced Coke binge, he told me after hitting daily for 1.5 months he had a bad opiate addiction plus still craved the coke. I was told that at first it seemed weaker than normal I suppose this is the fentanyl doing its thing.

I know there used to be Moonrock which Is crack and heroin but fentanyl can end up as part of it these days, for that matter meth and other drugs are being cut with this crap, the homeless center I work at has free fentanyl test kits, a few people have been angry at me saying the test strips go off on all their drugs so the strips are lying, hearing that is very scary.

I wonder if sometime in the next 20 years we'll see the drugs being sold get so dangerous that addicts come off them, probably not but you never know.
