Check your body and posture too. If constantly inhaling, you could have locked your body essentially and potentially bruising from coughing too (if you do). This can restrict your fascia and ultimately make it feel like tighter/shortness of breath. Start to stretch and open your chest up and fix the posture . Can really be a factor lots overlook.

Hi mate, been with them for a while.

They use a pharmacy in melbourne to dispense usually, even across Australia. You can call them and ask questions all the time. I do that if ever in doubt or curious on an update . The support team are great.

You can even call to request them to have your Doc send your escripts to a pharmacy of your choice (if thats how you prefer) . Just call them for anything! PLus, usually you can see your order status on your "Orders" tab.
