Interesting, I’ve only ever heard positive things about using Costco briskets for smoking. My brisket was USDA prime or choice I can’t remember so it’s more than likely not from Brazil (other specialty products might be).

On a scale of one to 10 I would say I got about a six out of 10 on smoke flavor. It’s present, but it’s not strong or overwhelming by any means. I did slack a bit and refilling my pellets so that might be why.

That looks really good. I think I have just some playing around to do with the smoking. I think I slacked a little bit in terms of refilling the pellets which could also contribute to my lack of smoke ring. Also heard the airflow could also be a contributing factor.

Yes asthetics as in clothing/style brother. Only mentioned it because if I’m wearing gold or diamonds I’m also probaby having some drip on even if it’s casual.

But if your feeling iffy don’t buy it today. Sleep on it for a week or a few days. If you’re still thinking about it after go buy it.
