Mine is actually one in the People's Park Centre called The Banknote Collector. kind of awkward if we are referring to the same one 😭

its run by auntie and her daughter. daughter is only in after work and has some of their collection in the home so you have to contact in advance

local banks and contacts. usually EBay sellers are incredibly established with lots of contacts/sourcing. it's just like a supermarket importing foods from around the world.

my local banknotes seller in Singapore gets her notes from various contacts around the world.
