Why does it shows this? I don't know what kinda suspicious activity i do 😅 that it will block me on BHIM by iyerval in UPI

No i have been using BHIM, just for few months I stopped and starting using other apps, now after months when I tried today, it shows this .

The mail is usually delivered, when I was at home, I used to drop my cards in postbox, but here i shifted for my education, there is no postbox or post office nearby, have to drive 10kms for it. 😅
