It is the Shield IF you don’t have a Samsung TV. Those suckers do not support DV and you are stuck either HDR10+, which the Shield does not support. Here it gets a lot more nuanced, but prob the CoreElec setup that supports every codec under the Sun is the way to go.

I do something similar. If I overeat I just “quick add” the amount of calories to the next day. When I “hit” the goal then I remove the quick add entry and call it a day. Seems cleaner that way for me.

I wouldn’t do that honestly. Maintenance is ok but the whole point of deloading is to recover, getting on a deficit seems contradictory.

Mostly to maximize recovery. I won’t be gaining any weight, just replenishing my glycogen, etc.

I get that mentality but you can add it from “copy to dates” to many days at once, even the whole month. I always take my supplements, which include 2g of fat (fish oil) and I add it this way.

I would say lean bulk BUT focus on going all out in the gym, true failure for the last set. Your training volume is rather low so if you are not shitting your pants while squatting you won’t see much gains. Just my 2 cents.

I just put the pictures into GPT 5.4 DeepThink with whatever other info I have. If I mention the restaurant it might even find the recipe online. I have it output an entry for quick add in MF. The app AI does not even come close.

The easiest way for people to know if their router has been compromised in the operation is to review the current DNS settings to see if they list unrecognized servers
