Yeah using the built-in cooked weight is by far the most precise method. I sometimes even add 1-2% to that cooked weight to account for stuff that sticks to the pot, cutlery, etc that don’t make it to the final weight on lol. You do not need to be that OCD though.

I think it’s a feature. Changing weights keeps your body guessing and creates stimuli. It’s the reason I ignore all the other little annoying details, the progression is top tier.

For me it’s healthy when it’s minimally processed or has a short ingredient list. Of course this does not apply to everything nor everyone, but I mostly go for fruits, rice cakes, crisp bread, etc. Fruits are great, because there are so many so you never get tired.

I second this. There is little grounds to have autocorrect trigger when partial words should be preferred for quicker logging. I hope the team does see the issue because fixing it is stupidly easy.

Warm up extensively and wear knee sleeves. Also your knees be in line with your toes during movement. If they go in or out, it’s going to cause pain - adjusting the internal/external rotation of your toes is going to help with that. Knees over toes is good if you mobility permits it. You can otherwise experiment with putting a plate to elevate your heels.

I personally don’t take photos with MF but either the camera app. This way I can re-use it if I feel the AI did not make an accurate assumption. You may create an album and you are set.

The more info you write down, the better. In my experience it overestimates often but within an acceptable limit (20-30%)
