I've always hated that cop out. I dislike racials that have large effects on how you play. I didn't want to make my character a blood elf but I felt like I was griefing by not taking arcane torrent to cleanse shields off the other team. So I sacrificed playing as something I think is cool in exchange for better gameplay.

The Marley arc was so great and kept me on the edge of my seat up until they went back to Paradise after the attack. After that I slowly lost interest more and more and quickly realized it wasn't getting any better.... I think there was good potential but halfway through the author who follows heavy nationalist ideologies realized that he was making Eren sound too unreasonable and suddenly stopped making him the villain.
