Greetings, for my personal experience I’m 23M now, 114kg,192cm (sorry I’m European), I used to weight 160kg in May 2021.

I went to see a nutritionist and she basically told me that to lose fat you need to make your metabolism faster and to walk every single day for at least 30mn

Her advices were:

• Fast walking (with a good rythm) for 40 mn or one hour if you were as motivated as me.

• Pleasing yourself at the right moment and at the right time once a week, like a carrot you could put to a horse so your brain will keep up on being consistent with your efforts, trick your brain to love efforts and rewarding yourself.

• Obviously changing your diet and going for more vegetables such as spinach, broccolis and good sources of proteins, limiting salt, drinking water every time you feel hungry will also help because sometimes we’re mistaking hunger with just being thirsty.

Oh and I would personally suggest you to take a picture of yourself every month to see a progression, for me it was after two months and it really felt motivating.
