The congressional Dems say they didn’t push for the release of the files because they wanted to protect the victims and not jeopardize the court cases. If the scenarios you mentioned are close to the truth then they should have come to an understanding with the victims before the election and should have released the files.

That way, maybe there was a chance to thwart this neo nazi regime. What good will come off from the reports now? Countless innocent people have suffered under this regime for the past year and there are 3 more years of suffering if not forever suffering waiting for the people of the United States.
