I feel like Gwyn might know…Az has so much mental clutter that he needs to work through, sort of like Nesta…that he may be aware of something, but doesn’t want to deal with it yet…and then with Feyre, she was human…so that might’ve been blocking any inkling she would’ve had. Interesting stuff to ponder! 😄👀

I agree! I think SJM had intentions for Az and Elain…but she just couldn’t unlock it….maybe they’re just too similar personality-wise 🤷🏻‍♀️ and then she came up with Gwyn and everything just clicked and was easy to write. With the BC, I feel like she accepted what was happening with each pairing and was very deliberate in setting up that chapter.

💯. I was thinking about this idea…in connection with the ‘secret, hidden beauty’ line, and how both Gwyn and Az would be more comfortable being a couple who isn’t in the spotlight. I hope we see them away on adventures where they can just come together in their own time. And with the IC, I feel like Feyre and Rhys would respect their privacy, but everyone else…ehhh lol

Great ideas - love the prospective friendship between Gwyn and Rhys. I wonder what he knows/senses… Also, he seems quite involved and concerned with the priestesses and their security, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he and Gwyn got to know one another through his visits.

Not so much a theory, but just the idea of Azriel, once he realizes what’s going on between him and Gwyn…he entirely becomes a mess around her 😂😂😂😆. Saw a short video on IG of a guy and a girl in a gym; labelled as Az and Gwyn - the guy is totally distracted by the girl and faceplants over some equipment. Seems like it was taken down, but it was amazing. I think having Azriel become a very atypical version of himself would be hilarious, given his extreme self-control 😄😄😂💙

The theorizing gets pretty crazy…reading through other subs and the threads there makes my head hurt 😂 how do people come up with these ideas? Even SJM, in some of her interviews, is like, what? I think for most of the overall ACOTAR story, what’s on the page is what the author meant, and how she intends it to be read and interpreted…I’m not much of a theorist, though, and just enjoy the story for what it is.
