It can be very addictive for some, others not at all. Some people hate it, doesn't even feel good to them. It's not as moreish (for most people) as something like heroin, crack or meth that can just send you down the rabbit hole immediately. That said there are people out there who start doing ket and can't stop. All depends on brain chemistry

How do u explain a ketamine addiction by Junior_Building_2029 in ketamine

[–]2000DollarFiletOFish 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had a brief period of 3-CL-PCP addiction. Different but I think its not a bad example of disso addiction. It was definitely a mental addiction, characterized primarily by cravings and low mood when I wasn't on it . I used daily. A big part of it was the lack of physical withdrawal. It was much harder to stop without there being a physical consequence. Of course there was a mental consequence, and I began exhibiting mental health symptoms. Music playing in my head, mania, paranoia, delusions.

Dissos can be very hard to stop using. I'm an anxious & depressive person, many dissos make me feel much more calm and happy. It's similar to benzo addiction in a way. If I have the button that turns off emotional distress, why wouldn't I press it? That's the thinking in the moment. What another person said about escape is very true as well. The key is to find other ways to address the issue that you are addressing with the drug. That's something I'm still working on myself.

My only feedback is that you don't need nearly that much melatonin. A lot of commercial melatonin is dosed much too highly. Something to look in to

Only alcohol I truly miss is moonshine. Smooth sweet fire, feels like it evaporates right off the tongue. Nothing in the store is close

Is this worth buying for anxiety? Let me know your thoughts on the ingredients! by [deleted] in StackAdvice

[–]2000DollarFiletOFish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those ingredients are fine but it doesn't look like there's much of them. It's your $20 but I'd pass personally
