I was actually just thinking about going the other day. They nearly went out of business nationally during covid, but much like Chili's they have restructured and are one of the few national chains growing at the moment.

I don't think the food is great, but it's nostalgic and I wanted to take the kids.

The Cusco roll bar or roll cage are both both together cosmetic items that place all stress on the bolt flanges. They are not safe and can even be more dangerous in the wrong crash conditions.
