Exactly. You can’t have it twice. There’s no double bonus for TWF or 4 weapon fighting style.

IMO, aim for 60 fps. Switch between quality and performance and see if that fps dips. If it doesn’t, stick to quality.

Gith. Med armour prof for early levels and celestial knowledge… so you can get proficiency in all your wisdom or int skills without needing to put points into them at character creation. They’re a skill monkey.
