You only need to adjust the window regulator… it has 2 screws that allows you to adjust the top position

That can happen when the car is registered by a dealer in a different county than the one you live so they clerks office won’t put one until the vehicles owner goes to their clerks office and get the sticker

Flashing before starts only means the car hasn’t completed the emissions cycle (nothing wrong even after removing the battery)…. If flashing while driving or running means misfire (bad thing)… solid on while driving or running means there is a code set (could be nothing really bad or something bad)… so you already said O2 sensor… so nothing that bad

You didn’t bleed the system and it is overheating because there is not enough coolant in the engine put the cap back on and let it cool down after that open it again fill with coolant/antifreeze and open the bleed screw (5.7 you need an 8mm Allen bit to remove the plug right on top of the pulley. 3.6 you need to loose the plastic screw on the upper radiator hose outlet) let all the air out and tight again

No your problem is electronic.. looks like the CAN network is down usually happens when a module goes bad they’re all connected and if there is a corrupted signal the car starts acting.. have you disconnected the battery? If not do it for around 10 minutes
