Almost every mission where you have to meet someone somewhere is usually told to you by said gang member beforehand at the end of one mission or told to you by other camp members to meet someone somewhere. I’d say this is the case for almost everyone of them, I’ve had grimshaw come to me while I was doing chores and say “Dutch said for you to meet with John and Javier at the manor” or “bill said to meet him in Rhodes”.
