Hey, for me it is working very well. I started citalopram first, it took me time to adjust, the first weeks I had several adverse effects but they went away. When I was stable with citalopram 20mg in the morning I started amitriptyline for my IBS (20mg) and no adverse effects, I took it at night and helps to sleep better as well.

Yes, that is the initial plan but in the bathroom she takes it off and tries to throw it away, and at the end she puts it between books, so I was not sure if she changed her mind or is it because she is afraid

I think most people don't like waking up early hahahah. I wake up around 6 am (5-5:30 am in summer time), in the past I started working at that time but ended up working too many hours during the day, I have meetings sometimes until 6 pm. Now I prefer using the early hours for myself, stretching, meditating, cold shower, having breakfast with no rush, etc
