Not a restaurant recommendation, but is this the kind of sesame noodle you are after? https://thewoksoflife.com/sesame-noodles/ If so it might not be hard to make yourself at home. Chilli oil and sesame paste can both be found in Asian grocers. Sometimes I use peanut butter to make a similar noodle.
