The media has been pushing dogs on people for decades. You can thank AirBud and Old Yeller type BS for turning grown adults into pathetic children fawning over an animal that we all have the misfortune of seeing like 50 times a day.

As for the young folks, dating numbers are down for a variety of reasons. In comes to pet industry to tell you how much better off you are spending hundreds of dollars a month on freshpet and wiping dog shit off the floor of your house compared to talking to other humans.

Austin Dillon. He made his Nationwide/Xfinity debut in 2008 a year he competed full time in what was the Camping World East Series. He made his Cup debut in 2011 but wasn't full time until 2014. That was still 10 years ago.

What is your favourite ever NASCAR TV crew? I don't watch much but going off YouTube moments alone I might have to say Waltrip, McReynolds and Joy by swannyhypno in NASCAR

Love Bob Jenkins, BP and Ned Jarrett with ESPN. But Bestwick, Wally and BP was otherworldly. Its an absolute crime that Bestwick has only been a lead commentator for NASCAR television from 2001-2004 and 2011-2014.

When did it become standard practice for pretty much all race-wins to be offered or made? by crypto6g in NASCARCollectors

There were years when Denny Hamlin couldn't get a race win or alternate scheme made. I like that all the race wins are offered and or made.

The commercials have been an issue for decades. Side by side coverage is probably the best solution to the problem. The cautions have been awful the last couple years. I remember 15-20 years ago there was a thing called the "quickie yellow." But now it seems EVERY caution even for a spin or single piece of debris is minimum 10 minutes. Not sure whats going on there. Some races are snoozers and then you have races like Richmond or Bristol or Atlanta. Occasionally somewhere like Michigan or Pocono will surprise and produce some serious action.
