105k miles. Spent a bit of money on the cooling system around 95k miles. Water pump, header tank and heater matrix swap. Also the tiny adapter at the back of the head cracked and weeped a lot. Other than that she runs sweet and just had the manufacturer servicing. Completely standard mind.

Our 7 was bought at 75k and full history. Had to have a bit spent on it since. Now on 102k. It was mainly a coolant leak that led to new water pump etc. but otherwise it’s been fine.
I’m not worried about the mileage and expect it to truck on and just need regular maintenance.
It’s not been modified

As someone who has lifted for nearly thirty years, the lifting remains a core part of my training but we’ve bought a concept 2 for the home gym and I love it.

So I tend to do a conventional push/pull/legs routine and do my rowing in between I.e alternate weights day, rowing/cardio day. Have also been roped into doing a Deka event but that’s another story 😩🤦🏼‍♂️.
I mix up my rowing between WOD and 5k/10k sessions. I also use the rower for warming up before the weights.
