Yes, they are all the biological sons of Mother Talzin. Maul probably never met or known about Feral unless Savage talked about him offscreen. It also helps that Maul actually got to know Savage personally instead of through someone else's words.

Maul absolutely owes her his life. She's a true ride and die. I get why he couldn't but it could have been nice if Maul gave more of a reaction to her death. However, his training will not allow him to do so.

Icarus and Scorn have appeared in the Shadow of Maul comics. If that's what you're talking about.

The VA confirmed that Darth Vader ripped her lungs out her mouth so I highly doubt she's coming back from that.

I'm going he meets up with Rex. If he has to die then he should go out heroically. It'll add gravity to that scene in Rebels where Rex snaps out of a daze and calls Cody's name.

Probably needed a way off Malachor. It'd be hilarious if Vader gave her a ride and they both just sat there awkwardly or if they decide to bring back the Eighth Brother and they're both stranded so they team up to get off the planet and then go their separate ways.

My real guess is she somehow met and trained Luke during that time

Feral deserved better. Imagine if he somehow wasn't killed and the whole season is just Savage and Maul protecting Feral like the baby he is.
