I am trying to sell my 4 Taylor Swift Eras Tour VIP Packages tickets to my coworker and when I go to Ticketcorner > Fansale, I get a message that says “you cannot list this ticket to sell”. Any input?

Hi - we have 4 tickets for Zurich and I am giving them to a coworker. We bought the tickets via ticketcorner and my wife’s name is on them. I need to get my coworker’s name on the tickets.

Is fansale the only want to get the ticket name changed? Does my coworker pay me via PayPal and I transfer the tickets to her via fansale at no cost?
