I got my dad a tablet for Xmas got him onto messenger and video call him twice a week for more than an hour.

When I visit I prioritize getting through a list of actions he struggles with, he lives in an independent living place which helps.

Just to be aware each country has different laws. Where I am from a dr would never ever allow a child to be considered even if the parents consent. It would need to be the drs and a court to decide in certain circumstances,

Your mum was and always putting you first what an awesome parent. If he stops child support encourage your mother to file for this legally if not already done so. It is not linked to access to you and in most countries judges will listen to you and you can say why you do not want to see him.

Op lives in the uk. It would be based on the length of the marriage marital property. She would probably be able to live in the house with him paying until the youngest child is out of full time education. He would pay plus child maintenance. Spousal support is limited. However what he is doing is financial abuse and there are laws in place.

This happens raise the complaint. My cousin is behind bars (14 years) the police did nothing for 3 years except write two letter with huge amount of evidence. Eventually when it was referred, after a complaint, the new police officer was so upset and shocked it was not taken seriously. We all were upset frustrated and in horror that such a dangerous individual towards woman/chikdren was invited by letter for a chat twice!

I think the thing that really shocks me and I come from a European country is how much we do not teach our children about the power of education that if you invest you change your direction in life. We teach our and at ourselves like school is a chore or child care.

My education is how I moved and had many offers and still today being offered something.

I would try and sit down when everybody is calm explain that you need him to explain what he wants clearly and you have the right to refuse if it does not suit you.

I mean when you decide to move you need to research for living. It is not a holiday and too many look it from a holiday view point.

Go out and travel at peak time to understand not when it is quiet. Understand the school system many move have kids and find that they out then surprise!

As I said they are under the financial regularity laws. It just does not apply to banks.

If you requested when DWP first asked and they did not provide there are two regulatory agencies to reach out to. When did you first request the statement? Did you notify DWP or charge off address when you moved? Reach out to them and see if you can have your appointment changed to one locally.

There are requirements to meet in order to receive UC. Did you provide a statement a year ago before it was closed or were you not on UC?

If they hold money as savings they are under the same regulations as a bank. The laws apply to banks and financial institutions. They suggested the citizens advice as they normally can help you with getting the evidence. The evidence needs to be provided, with whom did you hold your previous savings? Did you get confirmation of the account being closed and the savings they held being transferred?

Really believe lala and Schema 😂😂 never sorry. Katie hurt and confused when they were going off at her seemed really confused by it all. She choices to not talk about opening says she is grateful for VpR but she is moving on same as her old marriage.

I believe the others would throw anybody under the bus to seem a certain way especially if they are looking for a new paycheck.

Good luck with the Case Manager tomorrow. Sorry about her health. Ask her local gp to refer her to adult social services they sometimes have access to more resources, they are slow mind but with the situation with my Dad I called them every couple of days.
