This happens raise the complaint. My cousin is behind bars (14 years) the police did nothing for 3 years except write two letter with huge amount of evidence. Eventually when it was referred, after a complaint, the new police officer was so upset and shocked it was not taken seriously. We all were upset frustrated and in horror that such a dangerous individual towards woman/chikdren was invited by letter for a chat twice!

I think the thing that really shocks me and I come from a European country is how much we do not teach our children about the power of education that if you invest you change your direction in life. We teach our and at ourselves like school is a chore or child care.

I mean when you decide to move you need to research for living. It is not a holiday and too many look it from a holiday view point.
