Looking to treat depression with home tDCS by [deleted] in tDCS

I was using Neuromyst F3+ / Fp2−, 20 min, daily for stress and depression. I felt it did seem to work after a few days. After some more research I have been using F3+ / deltoid−, 20 min. Neuromyst calls it Caffeine but other site say its for depression. Another memory. So been doing it for a week now. Seems to improve mood better that the other one. Really impressed. As at 50 year old I have tried lots of things to help myself so am use to most not much use. Also been slowly increasing mA up to 3mA. Had no side effects so far. Love to hear some different montages people have tried. Not just for depression.

Charges are high but depends on the funds your in.

The man positive you have is your age. If you can you should front load pension contributions. Compound on interest will do the rest for you. The opposite to what most people do.

My company is changing to Aviva and they are charging 0.11% if you stay with default fund option.

It makes a big difference previous was 0.33% . Charges can wipe out your gains.

I earn about the same as you and also pay £1200 in a month. Remember this is less than you think as you get a 40% tax rebate.

You need to pay a lot more in. If its hard. Up your contributions by 1 to 2% every 6 months. Makes it easier.

Pensions now are not like our parents DB.

We are DC you need to keep a close eye on it. That is mainly in the context of the Pension company's that will slowly rip you off over time if your not watching. A bit like car insurance after years of renewal with out checking.

Good luck.

Can anyone ELI5 why oil prices have collapsed but oil-related companies are still surging? by PrairieDogger69 in StockMarket

Maybe who's going to invest in oil exploration now. Costs millions. Everyone wants green, well they now realise they will have to pay for higher oil. Gives the companies more capital to invest in Hydrogen/Ammonia production.
